SUMMARY:Element Tailgate Party
DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to officially kick off fall and football with the Element Tailgate Party! This event will be held on Sunday\, August 30\, from 6:00-8:00 pm in small parking lot of our Oxmoor Campus. \n\nPARENTS\, WE NEED YOU!\nThis is one of our biggest nights of the fall and we would love to have our parents a part of the night! We are aiming to have 40+ tents with tailgate treats and need your help to pull off this important and fun event for our students. \nHere’s what to do: \n\nChoose ONE food – anything goes! Nachos\, popcorn\, wings\, chicken fingers\, buffalo dip\, sliders\, fries and toppings\, sausage balls\, mac & cheese\, tater tot bar\, hot dogs\, chips and salsa\, cookie assortment\, mini cupcakes\, banana pudding\, ice cream…just to name a few ideas\, but the possibilities are endless. We’ve linked a cheat sheet below with other ideas too!\nLet us know what you’re bringing on the Sign Up Genius.\nMake enough SMALL servings for 80 students.\nDecorate a tailgate tent and show your team colors!\nSet up and serve on the night. Setup begins as early as 4:45PM and all tents need to be ready to go by 5:30 pm.\n\nNeed power? A tent?  Not a problem – just let us know when you sign up. We’ll provide the table\, tablecloth\, and plates/forks – you’re welcome to serve your treat in something else if you’d like. \nEnlist the help of friends! Bring the little ones! Enjoy fellowship with other Element families! This is a super fun night and one you won’t want to miss. Please sign up as soon as you have a food in mind so we can avoid duplicates.
