Blessing of the Backpacks

As each child carries a backpack into the halls of their schools, we want them to be reminded of the love and care that this congregation surrounds them in each school day. We want to invite your children to bring their backpacks to any of our worship services on August 16 to receive a special blessing as they commit themselves to study and learning in the school year ahead.
